The welance office is located in Berlin Kreuzberg, in walking distance from Kottbusser Tor. In a cluster of young and rising companies, surrounded by restaurants and bars which offer places to meet and eat beyond the coworking space. U1, U8 are just around the corner, Bus stops close by, free parking spaces and bicycle racks in the yard.

The 250qm office loft is divided into different areas and work environments. You can find rooms for 2-3 people & fixed desks among other coworkers. Some seats are reserved for our part-time members and remote worker. The spaces architecture boasts high ceilings and large windows.

The creatives within the space have a mixture of skills. Their competencies range from web development and design to application programming, conception & project management. To round off, there are also business consultants for the startup & creative scene.
